University, College and school proms are becoming more popular in the UK. Midlands Events Photography can attend proms to photograph the guests in either a studio setting, or in a more relaxed candid way. We provide a full portable studio that requires about 6mx3m to setup in, viewing screens and printing equipment. All images can be printed on the night, as well as a secure online gallery for parents to order from after the event.

We also like to capture the guests on arrival. This is especially true if a number of people are arriving in hired cars for the evening. We can also provide a true ‘Red Carpet’ experience with Paparazzi photographers, and a number of flashes as the pictures are taken, as the guests walk the red carpet.

We don’t normally charge an attendance fee for this kind of event. We work our charges and pricing on a event-by-event basis, and depends on the location of the prom, the number of attendees, and if images are pre paid or brought on the night. Contact us with your needs, and we can provide a detailed quotation for you.
We offer a full UK service. From the bottom of Cornwall, to the tip of Scotland, we cover it all. We are centrally based in the Midlands, but have photographers throughout the UK working with us.
School Prom Photography
By booking us for your school prom, you are booking professional, insured and affordable photographers, who have many years of experience covering these types of events. We cover all proms, from yr 6 leavers parties, yr 11 after GCSE, yr13 after A Levels up to and including College and University Graduation Balls. We have experience of covering them all.
We would set up a portable studio, allowing for guests to come and have a picture taken. We can also take candid shots, if requested. The printed images can then be collected during the evening, or as the guests are leaving. This allows them to enjoy their evening without the risk of damaging their picture. All images can be viewed on the night on one of our viewing screens, and can also be uploaded to a secure, password protected online gallery. From the online gallery, guests can share to Facebook and Twitter etc, and also order additional prints and photo products.
Prom Photography Prices
Image prices start at just £10 for a 6×9 picture (or 3 for £25), when brought on the night. This makes the images affordable to most people. Images can also be prepaid, in the weeks running up to the prom. Depending on how many images are prepaid, they could cost as little as £5 each. This could be included in the ticket price, or pre-brought on our website by the parents. We offer a number of payment options, some that mean the guests do not need the cash with them on the night to buy.
