Below is a list of Event Photography Prices, that Midlands Events Photography use on a wide range of events. Please note, that these prices are not standard to all events, and each event is quoted for on an individual basis. Due to this, we ask that you contact us with the details of your event, to receive a bespoke quotation.
Event photographer Prices – Attendance Fee
This section covers functions, parties and balls where printing at the event is required. Please see below if you do not require printing of images on the day.
Whilst we can attend many venues without an attendance fee, there are occasions where we need to charge, or ask for a deposit from the organisers in lieu of takings received at the event from attendees. This is where we would require £X from the organisers, to be refunded if takings on the day are greater than £Y. This is to ensure that our costs are covered in attending these events.
We offer a range of products available to attendees at your event, either on the day, or available for ordering online after the event. The cost of these products can be changed for individual events, given the needs and requirements of the events. The ‘standard’ on the day prices are as follows:
6×9 prints – £10 each or 3 for £25
12×8 prints – £15 each or 3 for £35
Keyrings – £4 each
Fridge Magnets – £5 each
We also offer a range of canvas prints, that are available to order online after the events.
Events Photography Prices – Online and CD only.
If you require that images are only to be made available through our online gallery, or sent to the organisers on a CD, then a different set of prices apply.
Each event is quoted for on its own individual merits, and depends on many factors including, but not limited to, location, duration, and usage of images.
